Thank you for bringing a listening ear, participating, and your overall presence this last week at the #PopUpHealingCenter! We deeply enjoyed serving you and appreciated everyone in the virtual room diving into the material with so much commitment and enthusiasm. Thank you for making the #PopUpHealingCenter so beautiful!

The overwhelming feedback we got was that folx were blown away with all that was done in an hour and a half! This just shows that we can take care of ourselves even in a short amount of time! With that said, to keep the momentum going we invite you to do these four simple steps.

  1. Notice which of these five categories you enjoyed the most during the #popuphealingcenter:
    1. Meditation/Prayer
    2. Movement
    3. Mental Expansion
    4. Creativity
    5. Dancing
  2. Calendar 10 minutes a day of this for the next week!
  3. Tell a friend that you’re going to do this.
  4. Follow through with what you said you were going to do!

Yes, it can be THAT simple!

Also, we’d love to have your feedback on what you enjoyed most about the Pop Up and anything we can do to make it better for next time (HECK YES there will be a next time)!

Please take 3 minutes to fill out the survey.

Thank you again for the energy you brought into the space! We felt it, and are so grateful for you!

With love,
Mer and Adelina

P.S.
Check this out and stay connected with all the amazing healers and raffle gift donors! Plus, help us reach our $5K goal to donate to Indigenous People in the Philippines.

Join AdvancED on a Saturday to unwind and unleash!

Mer has launched the Cali Consultant Brunch Series, a time for California consultants of color to debrief, divulge, delegate, and/or draw upon the energies and insights of the group. On the weekend.
Please share this with the consultants and allies of color in your ecosystem, especially those involved in social justice and grassroots community and advocacy projects in California.
There's so much going on and many of us have ideas on how to serve our communities, and we just need the thought-partnership or collaboration to go from idea to action. At the same time, perhaps you've been working all week and you also don't want to prep a PowerPoint or proposal, you just want to blah blah what's in your heart. Well, my friends, this is your chance!

AdvancED has scheduled two Cali Consultants Brunches with potential for future dates:
  • Saturday, May 16 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
  • Saturday, June 13 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Have resources to suggest? Send them to AdvancED Consulting, LLC!
